I had no idea maple sugar was a thing till I saw Bobby from Flav City talk about it. I am obsessed with maple sugar now and use it in everything. I don't even miss cane sugar/brown sugar.

Im the guy who avoids ultra processed sugars, syrups and fake sweeteners and opt for maple syrup or honey. This is an amazing product and a must have in my kitchen

This is the only sugar I use. In baking, in oatmeal, in sauces, in everything, it adds a maple-y, caramel-y sweetness that somehow doesn’t seem as cloyingly sweet as traditional granulated sugar.

This is the second time I have purchased the maple sugar. It is really lovely to use in a baking recipe where you want maple flavor to stand out. I highly recommend. My only issue is I use it up too quickly!
