I originally purchased the maple syrup from Costco. It took about 6 months before I used it. But once I tasted it, oh Nellie., it was awesome. My favorite so far using the syrup is cinnamon raisin French toast and yogurt. This is the best tasting syrup, it’s all natural and a healthy alternative to other sweetners.

Magnificent. A co worker brought me a small bottle of the Maple Bourbon from a bed and breakfast he had stayed at raving how good it was. It lives up to all the raves & then some. My French Toast (made with Brioche bread) to the Chicken & Walffles (at Melba’s in Harlem NY) My bottle of syrup comes with every where. The taste is smooth, natural and quite enjoyable minus the alcohol, fragrant and full of body. I look forward to trying some of the recipes on the Crown Maple website. I place an order for not only the Bourbon but also Madagascar Vanilla & Applewood Smoked and they are all simply the Best Syrup I have ever tasted.
